Acceptable test scores include

  • IELTS
  • TOEFL iBT
  • Password test (Not acceptable for direct entry into ELB.   You must attend an ELICOS course prior to ELB)
  • Pearson
  • Cambridge English (FCE and CAE).

2. Offer is issued   

The letter of offer is issued and sent to the address indicated on the application.

3. Acceptance of offer

4. Confirmation of Enrolment is issued

The Confirmation of Enrolment (CoEs) is issued and sent to the address indicated on the application. Once you have received the CoE you can apply for your student visa.


Application process for agents

1. Assess the student's application:

Does the student have an IELTS, TOEFL, Pearson or Cambridge test score?

Yes

 
Please submit student’s application with a copy of their English test results, a copy of their passport and a completed and signed application form.

The offer will then be issued.

 No

Please request a Password test from Curtin English.

Once you have received access to the Password test, follow the instructions and be sure to email us at ci-apply@curtin.edu.au once the student has sat the test.  

Our admissions team will indicate how many weeks the student needs and their pathway. Curtin English will then send you an offer.

2. Accepting the offer

The student must complete and sign the Acceptance of Offer letter and forward it to Curtin English at english.admissions@curtin.edu.au by the due date on the offer letter, together with copies of the following documents:

3. Receive Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE)

The certificate of enrolment (CoE) is issued once payment is cleared and all offers in the package have been accepted. This includes ELICOS, ELB, Curtin College and Curtin University offers. Once the student has received the CoE, they can apply for their visa.
